Who we are

Butti Pets is a trading name of Butti Distribution LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (Florida document number L26000313072). We sell everyday products for dogs: collars, harnesses, leashes, coats, beds, bowls, grooming and travel gear.

How we work

We are a small online retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not keep products in our own warehouse. When you place an order, it is fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our fulfillment partner. This model is how we keep prices low, and we would rather tell you this openly than pretend otherwise.

What it means in practice: orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouses in China. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days after 1-3 business days of processing. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

What we promise

Honest delivery times — we publish real transit ranges, not best-case numbers.
30-day returns — full details on our Refund Policy page.
A real person answers — write to us and you get a reply, normally within one business day.
No medical claims — we do not sell supplements, medicines or anything a dog ingests. We sell gear.

Your payment information is encrypted end-to-end. We never see or store your full card number.

Billing terms

You are only charged once your order is confirmed, at the price shown at checkout in USD. Posted prices are in USD and do not include sales tax or any customs or import charges that may apply. Standard shipping to the United States is free.
